Copyright ownership

Videos, Shorts, articles, images, thumbnails, descriptions, links, comments, and other third-party material displayed or referenced by HIANIME may belong to their respective creators, publishers, copyright owners, or platforms. Displaying or linking to third-party material does not necessarily mean that HIANIME owns or endorses it.
Submitting a copyright infringement notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act for one, and you believe material available through HIANIME infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our Contact Us page or email team.hallaplay@gmail.com.
To help us review your request, include the following information:
- Your contact details: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Authority to act: A statement explaining that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the original work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Location of the reported material: The exact URL or other specific location where the material appears on HIANIME. Include titles, video IDs, page URLs, screenshots, or other details that make the material easy to identify.
- Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under applicable law, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Incomplete or inaccurate notices
We may be unable to process notices that do not contain enough information to identify the material, the copyrighted work, or the person authorized to submit the request. We may contact you for clarification or additional information.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a notice. Information provided may need to be shared with the person who submitted or uploaded the reported material where required to process the complaint or by applicable law.
How we respond
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, HIANIME may review the report and take appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing or restricting access to material, contacting the uploader or relevant provider, disabling a link, requesting additional information, or declining to act when the report is incomplete or unsupported.
We do not guarantee a particular result or a specific response time. A notice does not automatically establish that infringement has occurred, and we may consider relevant defenses, permissions, licenses, fair use, fair dealing, public domain status, or other applicable rights.
Counter-notices
If material was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the material, you may send a written counter-notice through the Contact Us page.
A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, explain why you believe the removal was incorrect, include your contact information, and include any statement, consent, and signature required by applicable law. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the complaining party and may restore material when legally appropriate.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and at our discretion, HIANIME may restrict or terminate accounts, access, links, or submissions from users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit materially false complaints.
Third-party platforms and sources
Some material accessible through HIANIME may be hosted, embedded, or controlled by a third-party platform. In those cases, you may also need to submit a copyright complaint directly to the relevant platform under its own copyright policy and reporting process.
HIANIME cannot guarantee the availability, removal, or modification of material controlled by a third party.
Good-faith reporting
Copyright notices should be submitted only by a copyright owner or authorized representative with a good-faith basis. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences and may make the sender responsible for damages, costs, or other losses.
